The Nautical Heritage
The shade sail ACRYLIC is available in standard or custom formats. Its design is directly inspired by the manufacturing of boat sails, ensuring extreme resistance to tension and weather conditions.
Unmatched robustness:
Reinforced Weight: A premium fabric of 275g/m² (up to 300g/m² depending on the ranges), specifically developed for permanent outdoor shading.
Tension Engineering: A strap made of polyester is inserted into the hem around the entire perimeter, reinforced by 316 stainless steel rings (marine quality) at each corner of the sail. This structure distributes the tension across the entire surface for better resistance and perfect stability.
High Resistance Stitching: Finished with a hem folded 3 times, double stitching with 100% high tenacity and rot-proof polyester threads, identical to those used in marine sailmaking.
Anti-Tear Safety: * Design without eyelets to avoid any risk of tearing.
Double reinforcements at each corner with consolidated stop points.
Attention to detail: For an invisible and elegant finish, all our seams and straps are made with threads rigorously matched to the color of your sail.
Unlike standard fabrics on the market, our acrylic offers a superior dimensional stability : it does not stretch over time and retains its original shape season after season.
Technical note: To ensure this durability, the sail is made in widths (fabric strips) of 130 to 150 cm depending on the chosen color.
Installation :
25% slope is imperative to ensure water drainage and avoid pockets.
Recommended for use in summer and mid-season.
Safety : It is imperative to remove the sail in winter and in case of strong winds or storms.
Cleaning :
Regular maintenance : Water, mild soap, and a soft brush.
Stubborn stains : Possible use of diluted bleach followed by thorough rinsing.
